Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR & Administration functions
Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, administration and employee relations in the local operations and report to superior.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned job orders.
Engage potential candidates actively using all recruitment methods possible - web portals, job postings, databases, social media, referrals and contacts.
Identify areas of improvement in HR strategies to meet company’s growth and requirements.
Any adhoc task as required for this position.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Fresh Grads are welcome
Good in communication with English and Chinese
Self motivated and a team player
