Job Description

Administrative tasks including liaison, coordination and organizational tasks in support of sales and purchasing team to prepare documents, reports and records.

  • Preparing purchase orders, sales orders, quotation, invoices and delivery orders;
  • Monitoring inventory level and placing orders with suppliers;
  • Screening requests for sales meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings and travel arrangements;
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders;
  • Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization’s operations


Job Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Written and spoken Mandarin is a plus as purchasing roles has to deal with suppliers from China.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
