Job Description

• Experienced in labor / industrial relationship and regulations.
• Able to handle and prepare staff’s monthly salary.
• To prepare statutory payment on time
• Able to perform administrative tasks like documentation and filing.
• Keeping tracks on the stationeries and other purchases
• Liaising with all members in the Head of Department.
• Other ad hoc tasks from the management.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in HR and admin field.
3. Must possess good knowledge of HR field, Labour Law and Industrial Relations legislation and regulations.
4. Able to manage HR Administration, record keeping skills
5. Good in written and verbal communication skills.
6. Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
7. Knowledgeable in Sage/ UBS Payroll Systems.
8. Willing to learn new skills.
9. Able to communicate well in English, BM. Having Mandarin speaking skills is added advantage.
