Job Description

• Determine and implement ISO 9001 quality standards, procedures and specifications. 
• Response to customer complaints, looking into the root cause analysis & implementing short-term and long term preventive measures. 
• To set up, lead and coach production team to perform inspection and verification of materials, processes and finished products per established procedures or inspection plans. 
• Supervise the quality department, works with production team to develop relevant work instructions. 
• Arrange for QA/QC operational activities and set QA/QC strategic goals. 
• To work, recommend and improve QA operations; supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities, process and procedures improvements. 
• Responsible for document control and compile inspection records, ensure traceability for product compliance as well as customer complaint data. 
• To track quality performance and prepare monthly quality reports and quarterly statistics for department. 
• To lead and to manage equipment calibration program in the plant. 
• Drive quality improvement projects. 
• To assist department head in internal/external audits. 
• Any other tasks assign by superior as deem necessary from time to time. 

Job Requirements

1. Ability to communicate effectively, with customers / clients. 
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. 
3. Required skills: System knowledge and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS. 
4. Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering – Mechanical / Manufacturing / Material or equivalent.
