Job Description
- Executing a full software development lifecycle.
- Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and well-structured codes.
- Determines operational feasibility using methodology like problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing solutions.
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
- Work together with UI/UX and Marketing Team to develop market fitting solutions.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Software Engineer/Software Developer/Web Application Developer.
- Experience in designing interactive web applications.
- Experience/knowledge in Cloud Computing Platform - Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, or Firebase is a plus.
- Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Angular, Node.js, Express.js, Bootstrap, WordPress, etc)
- Experience in developing web applications using various database solutions like MongoDB, Firebase Database, and etc.
- Knowledge and experience in Version Control (i.e. Git, Mercurial) is a plus.
- Possess strong Object-Oriented design/development skills.
- Quick and resourceful in learning new concepts/languages.
- Happy to code all day.
- Proficiency in software engineering tools.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): JavaScript, MYSQL, CSS, html/5, PHP, Angular, NodeJS.
- Language preference: Mandarin is required due to client base.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and mentorship provided.
