Measures of success –

In three months, you would have:

· To be able to execute digital campaigns with minimum supervisions from Manager.

· To be able to have an understanding of the roles and features of various digital platforms.

In six months, you would have:

· To have POV on how a good campaign should be executed and when or what platform is needed based on campaign objectives.

· To be able to work independently and as a team. Contribute to strategy building for a campaign.

In 12 months, you would have:

· To have a fruitful and objective based discussion with the account teams on how digital platforms can support or be a key driver of a campaign.

· To be able set clear goals and KPIs for all proposed campaigns.

Job Requirements

· Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.

· Creative and a good team player

· Knowledge of digital marketing preferred but not required.

· Proactively seek feedback on your work to take it to the next level.

· Detail oriented, meticulous, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask.

· Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

· Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Good command of written and spoken English.
