Job Description

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch - before opening, during operating hours and at day end closing. 
2. Conduct daily briefings prior to opening of the branch.
3. You will be responsible for all functions of the retail branch including sales, service stocks, SOPs and staff so as to ensure quality operations.
4. Achieve the daily service level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Manage staff related matters including performance management and development.
6. Ensure 100% accuracy and accountability for inventory and paperwork. 

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to work as a team.
6. Demonstrated strong supervisory and leadership skills.
7. Required language: Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
