Service 

 

1.       Achieve the daily service level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

2.       Ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. 

3.       Provide excellent customer service to all customers. 

4.       Handle customer complaints in accordance with the Company’s SOPs. 

5.       Co-ordinate the handling of difficult and/ or unusual situations. 
6.        Ensure 100% accuracy and accountability for cash, inventory and    paperwork. 

7.       Manage stock control and receiving orders. 

1. Candidates must possess at least Degree in any field.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3.  Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
4. Ability to  work as a team.
5.  Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
