About The Job

  • Ensure smooth operations of tasks in the office, coordinate well with internal departments & external customers
  • Dealing with paperwork such as reports, invoices and other related operation with documents and financial statements as requested.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, binding of documents etc. 
  • Answer and direct phone calls to relevant personnel.
  • Assist in maintaining supply of office equipment and stationery
  • Provide administrative support for Agency Leader and agents.
  • To assist on events occasionally held over the weekends.
  • To follow Agency Leader on business trips overseas.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with background in administration.
  • Minimum Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
  • Have good command of English. Able to converse and write in Mandarin and BM is added advantage. 
  • Age up to 35 years old. 
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • Must possess good knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint. 
  • Able to handle files transfer between Windows and Apple Mac OS. Extra advantage if one has skills with photo editing apps or software.
  • Hard working, trustworthy, proactive, out-going, team player, teachable and able to work with minimum supervision.
