Job Description

• Understand the clients’ marketing objectives, needs and requirements to propose an effective and relevant advertising plan across online and offline medias.
• To work closely and negotiate with media owners and vendors in getting better deals and ROI.
• To research, develop and prepare media advertising proposal for clients. These include also but not limited to keeping tab of renewal contracts, execution, controls and post evaluation.
• To grow and maintain long term relationships with a portfolio of existing clients. 
• Proactively identify business opportunities within allocated client accounts.
• Support in preparing and analyze customized reports from the data captured to be delivered to clients.
• Track costing, budgets and billings.

Job Requirements

• A self-confident person keens to learn and progress.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Extra languages would be great!
• Preferred Mass Communications or advertising related Degree holders with at least 1-3 years of working experience in the Account Management / Client Servicing field. The applicant with other educational backgrounds can be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• IT savvy, extensive knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and Microsoft is a must.  
• Organized with a keen eye for details and a strong flair of troubleshooting as well as providing the utmost service to clients.
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment, manage multiple clients at a time with tact and professionalism.
• Strong sense of accountability, enterprising and teamwork.
• Own vehicle preferred and require to travel for site recce.
