Job Description
This digital design role will see you working on a wide range of client projects, delivering the visual design of new websites, as well as being involved in providing design support while implementing digital designs on our products.
Job Requirements
The role will involve:
- Initial stakeholder discovery workshops
- Ideation and moodboard concepts
- Presentation of digital design concepts to stakeholders
- Illustration for infographic design and animation
- Development of wireframes for technically complex processes
- Service design prototyping and iteration
- Creating style guides, pattern libraries and UI visuals
- Briefing front-end developers on expected behaviour and interaction of UI
- Supporting the internal marketing team with online, print and email design
We are looking for a designer who will take ownership of each project they work on and ensure quality and consistency throughout the project life cycle; implementing it into technically complex digital delivery. For this, you will need to be highly proactive, with a meticulous eye for detail.
Requirements:
- Digital agency background (3 year minimum)
- A strong digital/online portfolio that showcases creativity and a flexibility of style
- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Experience working with Sketch, Invision and Adobe Creative Suite Software (Photoshop, indesign and illustrator).
- An understanding of HTML and CSS and experience working with front-end developers
- In depth knowledge and use of working with CMS and CRM
- Experience working with responsive layouts and established patterns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present your ideas and designs to clients with great confidence
