We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Success Coordinator  to join our growing team.  In this role you will be given the opportunity to solve business and digital challenges to ensure customer success, and use and develop your skills in a supportive, friendly and flexible environment.

As Customer Success Coordinator you will be a key point of contact for clients - being responsive, triaging issues, providing product guidance, managing tasks (support issues or change requests) to harmonious and timely resolution.

The role is based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam but requires close coordination of development support both locally and with global teams. 

You will be responsible for ensuring client support issues are meeting agreed SLAs and correct processes are adhered to.  

Above all, you will manage client expectations and professionally represent the company whilst providing excellent customer service.  This will involve communicating with clients, problem-solving and educating clients on best-practise product use.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working in a client-facing service delivery role within a digital agency
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (you will be communicating directly with clients)
  • A good understanding of CMS, CRM and software development processes
  • General familiarity with digital products & services
  • Confidence to work hands-on with our internal teams and convey requirements in a precise and effective manner
  • Proactive attitude towards the resolution of any issues or delays
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining thriving and sustainable relationships
  • Managing budget (cost, time logging, invoicing)
  • Highly-organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Word) (or equivalent Google products)
  • Experience working with JIRA an advantage
