Job Description
Lead, manage and drive the overall product merchandising Go-to-market strategy.
Understand, Analyse, visualize the industry, market, competitors, internal sales and its trends, issues, needs and opportunities; creatively develop and build the products and services portfolio to enable the business continue to grow in existing markets and to penetrate to market.
Lead, manage and develop the concept of selling for each product, conduct research and making commercial decisions including and not limited to determinate the time to market, Recommended Retail Price (RRP) to regulate profit, upsell and cross-sell strategy.
Working closely with the marketing team and supplier in new product development, unboxing experience, logistics solution to enable best customer engagement and experience.
The key focal point to manufacturing hub including and not limited to monitor and review Suppliers’ performance and KPIs, cost negotiation and management, conduct the anonymous test for quality management, develop new products and services and its' specifications
Drive the correct balance between the expectations of the customer and the objectives of the company's financial strategy.
Leadership
Hiring and expand the team. Develop team members’ skills and capabilities to ensure high performing team.
Set target, allocate work and monitor team members achievement and ensure a smooth operational process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
⦁ At least 2-5 years of working experience in online product merchandising roles.
⦁ Experience in e-commerce platform, managing a portfolio of products and services for the company.
⦁ Ability to make site placement decisions based on customer insights and data.
⦁ Skills & Abilities - Experience in excel, good in math and analytic. Have passion in digital marketing and likes to stay updated with the latest digital marketing and industry trends.
⦁ Required languages: English and preferable with Mandarin.
⦁ Personal attributes: Passion in e-commerce and online or digital marketing, demonstrate positive attitude, independent, self-driven learners, good communication. Able to work with others and team player. Love paper, stationery, personalisation products, never afraid of challenges and thrill to try out new things.
