You will provide administrative support to the Investments team -  (as in all of us  - a small team of 5 people).
Following up with our clients on pending matters. 
Ensuring documents are received and processed.
Filing stuff and organising the office
Other tasks related to organization and communication.

Job Requirements

Excellent computer skills.
Decision-making: Must be proactive and willing to take the initiative to get things done. 
Communications and collaboration: Must be able to collaborate with the team and our clients.
Organizational skills
