 Summary of Job Specs

• You will likely need to employ your talents and skills in the following area Manage, motivate and train your team of research executives
• Lead in conducting research projects for the company
• Lead in servicing existing client accounts
• Assist the director in the development of new accounts or expanding existing accounts

Main Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain overall business relationship with key clients assigned
• Building in-depth knowledge of key industries, especially in relation to the existing clients’ industries
•  Planning of your team’s (research executives) HR and/or career growth 
•  Other responsibilities in Research Project Management 
  1.  Work under the general supervision of the Research Director to lead and manage research projects
  2. Provide supervision role in leading the junior staff in project implementations
  3.  Active involvement in writing research proposals, analyzing and interpreting data, report writing and presenting results
  4.  Ensure that research projects and reports are within specified quality levels and delivered on a timely basis 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline 
• At least 5 years’ experience in either market research, economic or investment research
•  High personal motivation, self-management, and detail-orientation. 
• Have extensive research knowledge, a proven track record of team management and strong account handling skills
• Have good knowledge of various markets and can propose or articulate research solutions to address clients’ issues
