Job Description

1. Involve in the general administration of the office (well being)
2. Assisting in accounting and book keeping related matters
3. Management of all company licenses (safekeeping, renewal, new applications)
4. Other office administration tasks
5. Management of Directors' schedule, appointments and other related matters
6. Handle all account transactions data entries, payment and reconciliation
7. Handle all staff claims andĀ  prepare accounting journals

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field. But fresh graduateĀ  is welcome
  2. Basic capabilities of MS Excel & Basic Accounting (Autocount or other accounting software)
  3. Must be able to converse in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
  4. Experience in full sets of accounts will be an advantage
