Job Description

The Personal Assistant is responsible for assisting Project Managers and/or Superintendents in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Under the direction of the PM, the Assistant is expected to take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about Corporate Finance. Including desktop research, finance analysis, documentation, presentation, and etc.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess either a Diploma or Degree in Secretarial/Professional Certificate in any field or equivalent 
  • Min 2 years(s) of administrative and secretarial experience is required for this position.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in corporate secretarial functions with experience managing portfolio of private and public listed companies.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specialising in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent in a corporate finance or legal firm.
  • Good written and spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin communication is a must.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point.
  • Candidate with experience in Account or Sales & Marketing would have an added advantage.
  • Travel: Moderate, when required
  • Multitask and able to work in fast-paced environment.
