Job Description
- Able to independently perform tender preparation including BQ measurement and forms of tender
- Prepare quotations, estimate quantity and cost of materials
- Able to handle contract administration of contracting works
- Prepare and advise on contracts documents
- Assist in procurement and follow established processes
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in QS / Civil / Building or any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying and contract administration in the building construction industry
- Able to communicate to Chinese speaking stakeholder
