Job Description
- To set department goal and objectives
- Formulate strategy to achieve the department goal and objectives
- To be responsible for the P&L of the department
- To lead a team of electrician. Manage the team schedule and operations planning
- To identify problem, analyse and provide sound solution
- Responsible to coach and develop the workforce
Job Requirements
- 5 years or more work experiences in M&E work, mainly in Electrical contracting. Experience in providing electrical service to interior design and events and exhibition industry preferable
- Minimum SPM and professional institutional qualification will be an advantage
- Experience in leading a team and people management. Possess strong leadership skill, decision making skill, organising and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both oral and written
- Proficient in MS office application (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
