Job Description

• Lead and manage the design and creative elements, from brainstorming of concepts, ideas or storyboard to developing guidelines and strategies and delivery of design or creativity
• Diagnose and understand client's brand, objectives, target audience, budget, time frame and final expectation. Lead and ensure design or creativity is produced towards client's requirements or criteria.
• Conduct quality control over design outputs and production. Ensuring that design and creative output are delivered on time and to budget.
•  Manage, control and assign task to the creative team with detail design brief, client expectation, budget and time frame. Overseeing their ideas and design or creative development.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in developing concept, ideas, storyboard and creative strategy. Has collaborate in proposal preparation, pitching and presentation
• Plenty of creative ideas. A creative thinker
• Awareness of current and latest trend in design and technology
• Strong interpersonal skill, communication (both verbal & written) and presentation skill
• Leadership skill, ability to lead, inspire and motivate the creative team
• Skill in managing people, project and resources
• Knowledge or skill of software and application relate to creative process (Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Max, etc)
• Work with tight deadlines and juggling with multiple projects
• Familiar with "work hard play hard" culture
