About The Job

  • Assist the Head Chef to implement a strategy for the monthly menu development for RTHM (frozen mealboxes & packs) together with the Community Team
  • Assist the Head Chef in the internal kitchen’s overall production from planning to packaging
  • Responsible for the coordination of production, especially supervising the packing and final order checks
  • Provide on-site training & evaluation for Picha Chefs during RTHM production as part of the on-boarding process
  • Assist in the kitchen as Sous Chef
  • Identify and continuously improve and innovate on selected products from our range
  • Work closely with Community Team and Sales Team to develop menu and products for festivities, and all other occasions
  • Responsible for all necessary reporting and documentation
  • Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the CEO / Head of Corp Services & Ops

Job Requirements

  • Ideally possess experience working in the kitchen with a rich knowledge of F&B
  • Ability to work with a complex production process, taking into account PichaEats’ social impact model
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and networks
  • Self-driven, willing to take on initiatives and demonstrates motivation
  • Customer-minded and resourceful
  • Attention to detail in composing, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
