- Experienced with Web + App (responsive and native) UX design. E-commerce experience will be a plus.
- Comfortable with doing user / market research to inform design decisions.
- Able to use data to make informed decisions and also prove / disprove hypotheses.
- Enjoys collaborating with Product Managers to deliver value.
- Experienced usage of sketching, storyboards, design workshops, prototypes and whatever creative means necessary to cross-collaborate with different teams in solving complex interaction and design problems.
- The ability to balance user and business needs with technical constraints in the creation of delightful solutions.
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Experience in taking part in the development lifecycle end to end; from ideation through to delivery.

- Min 5 years of experience in the UIUX field
- A good understanding of the e-commerce industry is a plus
- Up to date with the latest design trends and technology solutions.
- Ability to interpret design decisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Has an understanding of customer thoughts and behaviour.
- Experience in using Sketch and Zeplin is a plus.
