Job Description
- Once all stages and timelines of a project are outlined and approved, the project coordinator helps keep all parts of the process organized and running according to plan.
- This may involve communicating between the client and various teams internally, delivering any revision work to client according to agreed timeline and supporting the entire creative development process that will be launched to market on time.
- This person also needs to schedule work for creative / design team and ensure that each brief assignment is delivered on time and workload is evenly distributed across the creative / design team. At any time, this person will have the most updated creative / designer resource utilisation plan.
- One of the key aspects of this role is to be able to anticipate influx of workload and flag the need of needing additional resources to the reporting manager ahead of time.
- Proof read & proof check outputs with original brief / requests, this includes checking on texts, spellings, layout etc.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- With 1-2 years of working experience that are involved in coordination of creative production / IT project development
- Fairly strong command in English
- Good with excel spreadsheets and reporting templates
- Excellent organization skills to file brief and revision requirements on project management platform and keep track of multiple track of project timeline
- Interpersonal Communication (particularly via phone and email)
