Job Description

• Ideate and coordinate marketing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing new creative ideas for potential partnerships.
• Assist in planning and executing on ground events with partners. 
• Assist in project management and any supporting tasks during pre-event, onsite, and post-event.
• Assist in monitoring, tracking and analysing post-mortem results. 
• Assist in any other ad hoc tasks and provide general support across Marketing team
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the organisation and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Job Requirements

• A strong winning and problem solving attitude. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Google products. 
• Highly collaborative yet independent whenever required. 
• No prior work experience required, but experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. 
• Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
