Job Description

  • Actively engage with Customer Experience on technical issues reported by customers using business communication platforms (email, Slack, audio / video conferencing).
  • Replicate issues in the production environment and clearly document findings in the work management tool (JIRA).
  • Troubleshoot and attempt to resolve known issues independently by following documentation and manuals.
  • Work closely with Development, Database and Test teams to resolve new issues by providing sufficient information for teams to further research and development.
  • Work with Development and Product to review and prioritize issue fixes into the future maintenance cycle.
  • Create technical documentation / manuals to form a knowledge base to help future efforts.
  • Ability to communicate status and resolution to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Technical or Computer Science related courses.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication and organization skills.
  • Self-driven, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
