Job Description
- Development and optimisation of campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, welcome, retention, reactivation and other initiatives.
- Work with Senior CRM Execs to plan and execute data-driven testing strategy.
- Fully support the CRM team in setting up and launch campaigns across different channels: email, app push, and web push.
- Deliver excellent design and development work for all CRM strategic emails (Promotional and Transactional) to convey our brand and values to our customers, creating awareness and excitement amongst the audience.
- Act as a brand guardian for CRM communications, ensuring that all copy and design aligns to our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Marketing.
- Basic experience in email marketing or using email platforms.
- Basic HTML coding or bloc templates are an advantage.
