About The Job

An ideal candidate would be someone who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print (packaging design) and web(landing pages, banners, social media and etc.).

We are also looking for someone with the expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with different stakeholders in the team, the Art Director should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

  • Able to ideate fresh, exciting concepts & execute ideas. 
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
  • Work on a wide range of projects and media(print, packaging design and web landing pages, banners, social media and etc.), using various computer software to visualize and develop graphic designs that meet business goals.
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the sales and marketing team, meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation based on workload.
  • Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, according to the brand guideline.
  • Assisting the Creative Director and Head of Department to examine existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.
  • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia or a graphic design qualification equivalent.
  • Creative portfolio with design projects (print, packaging design, and digital).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.). 
  • Knowledge in FA and video editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects etc. is an added bonus. 
  • Proficiency in design, visual compositions, and Photoshop are a must have.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and able to work in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in an agency environment would be an advantage.
