About The Job

Part of the UX team in improving overall customer experience via refinement in services, processes and customer journey and driving the overall strategic analytics and insights indirectly for customer complaints and churn reduction.
Delivering user base experience management to drive network improvement program and monetization.
Delivering Method of Procedure (MOP) in measuring real user experience insights as a driver for future UX Analytic and Insights studies.
Delivering key initiatives in digitization of overall user experience life cycle. 

  1. Design the user interface and user experience of digital touchpoints by developing customer journeys and wireframes
  2. Conduct market research and user surveys to gauge the customer needs and requirements and design a UI/UX that solve customer pain points
  3. Implement processes to ensure compliance to governance and frameworks with regards to the delivery quality of digital initiative implementation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience designing 
  • Passionate in bridging engineering and analysis to have an impact on the product
  • Possess communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. 
  • Ability to advocate for ideal user experience and communicate importance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Appreciate agile software processes, data-driven development, reliability, and responsible experimentation
