In Southeast Asia’s booming pet care economy, 25 holdings has emerged as Singapore’s industry leader. We control 2 main assets, perromart, a regional pet care platform comprising: pet food, toys, accessories and our branded pet food business.
Since its inception in 2015, perromart has successfully expanded internationally into Malaysia and Japan’s pet care market, and launched 3 popular brands: Paw Made (accessories), Heka (dog food), and NAMA (cat food).

Description:
The primary areas of responsibility of this role will be to:
- Collaborate in the sourcing and recruitment of frontline workers (warehouse staff)
- Strong organisational ability and the ability to oversee the end to end HR process
- Ensure the correct processing of all payroll requests
- Ensure legal compliance with local labor, immigration and health laws of all our employees.
- Assist in all situations (claims, requests, audits) for and by local labor, social security, and any other authorities pertaining to employment.
- Ability to budget and resource allocate while setting up the company’s HR framework
- Ability to execute the border human resources framework that will Pro-actively scan and diagnose organisational needs and proactively provide solutions and proposals
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of People operations/HR management experience
- Proven capability and acumen in business, organisation and talent
- Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Highly detailed and meticulous
- Strong reasoning, critical thinking required
- Must be results oriented with a focus on execution and delivery
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Human Resources Management, Human Resources and Organisational structures or equivalent. Master’s degree would be preferable.
Skills
- Microsoft Office using data to drive business decisions through heavy analytics
- Supported senior leaders in a highly matrix environment
- Implemented and utilized HR management systems
