Job Description

• Develop and maintain the P&L budget and forecast for one (or more) of the Countries & Business Units
• Produce robust forecasts that achieve business objective

• Prepares month-end pre-close of both financial data and business KPI for CFO review
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts, and actuals
• Partner with outsourced Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S management
• Track and control the budgets for CAPEX and overhead expenses for the Countries & BU
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each business unit.
• Deep dive analysis on financial and KPI and propose an improvement of business

• Support for the fundraising process and Investors Relations
• Partner Countries & BU management on specific projects 
• Drive FP&A process improvement initiatives 
• Suggest many options of business models at management decision making in a proactive manner
• Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the Management
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master Degree, preferably in Finance/Analytics/Business Management
• At least 5 years of working experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role
• Experience in business, strategy and/or tech consulting would be an advantage
• Experience of managing teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and highly analytical with excellent problem solving and math skills
• Ability to perceive opportunities and insights from mass data
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Results and detail orientated with a strong emphasis on problem-solving
• Able to organize teams and build organization structures 
• Ecommerce experience is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated success presenting in a clear and compelling manner to cross-functional stakeholders that persuades action
