We are a small team currently looking for smart, motivated individuals that can take initiative, handle multiple projects and add value as a member of the PerroMart team. Things that will help you be successful in this role: the ability to innovate, sense of entrepreneurship, healthy sense of humor, and an unhealthy amount of love for dogs & cats!

- Develop and maintain integrated marketing campaigns on social media, electronic digital message (EDM), Facebook Ads and influencers.
- Analyze our target audience's purchasing behavior to curate promotions based on analyzed data.
- Develop and maintain social media strategy to grow a social following on social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).
- Liaising and building network with a range of stakeholders including customers, media, influencers, and communities.
- Managing & allocating social media ads as well as influencers marketing
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related fields
- 1-2+ years’ hands-on experience in content/social media/digital marketing management
- Excellent copy-writing skills
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Melayu
- Competent with tools such as MailChimp, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Excel
- Team player
- Data-oriented & analytical
- Ability to generate customer experience insights, aware of emerging digital and marketing trends
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous/start-up environment as the business develops and scales
- Love pets (bonus if you own a pet!)
