Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendation to pet lovers’ needs 🐕
- Access customers' information through the system to handle product and service inquiries
- Control large amount of incoming calls
- Handle and resolve customer complaints `
- Follow-up on customer inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Pro-actively contacting customers regarding order status
- Keep close track of conversations with customers to address their needs and wants
Job Requirements
- Customer First mentality
- BSc or BA degree in Human Relations or other relevant areas; At least 1 year of working experience in customer support/service team of e-commerce business.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering the best service to the customers; strong problem-solving skills and a witty sense of humour
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging customer interactions via phone call, chat or email
- Fun loving and a pet enthusiast
