About The Job

  • Able to control large amounts incoming calls 
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries 
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests. 
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints 
  • Record details of actions taken 
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process 
  • Follow up on customer interactions 
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, and electronically 
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints 

Job Requirements

  • Experience of customer suppourt or customer service at e-commerce company
  • Fluency in spoken and written in local language, Mandarin and proficiency in English 
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to build customer relationships 
  • Strong typing skills 
  • People who aren’t afraid to make a difference 
  • Warm heart, love for pets, determination and a witty sense of humor 
  • Flexible scheduling, nights, holidays and weekend availability, we’re 24/7 - 365 
  • Have a passion for helping people 
  • Success working in a high volume, fast paced atmosphere/environment 
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions via phone call, chat or email 
  • Possess punctuality skills

Welcome to Perro Co.! 

We launched Perrobox in 2015, a monthly subscription dog box for all the crazy and loving dog owners (like ourselves). Soon after, the pack found ourselves releasing interesting articles about things to do and places to visit for all pawrents. This was the beginning of PerroPet; to provide a well-rounded knowledge site for all pet owners. In 2016, we finally kick-started PerroMart, your pet's favorite website! From food to accessories, we've got your pet covered from head to tail! 

Our aim was to become a one-stop dog corporation serving up everything we can, from quality entertainment content to some of the greatest pet food we can find, and not to mention a certain (*hint) box spilling with surprises every month! 

Nothing makes us happier than seeing our furry friends happy and their pet parents happier!
