Job Description

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Report directly to Sales Manager
• Conduct market research on properties 
• Establishing contact and developing relationships with property owners and recommending the best solutions to maximize their property income
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities via connecting with developers, property agents, and property investors 
• Communicate sales promotion to current and new customers, via flyers, emails, etc
• Develop new business via internet leads
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and progressions 
• Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing. 
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Marketing Management/ Digital Marketing/ Marketing Communication/ Search Engine Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Economics or equivalent.
• Possess strong business mindset with sales-driven attitude
• Strong project management skill by working with different stakeholders
• Good presentation skills and strong negotiation skill with clients/vendors
• Team player, hardworking, self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
• Experience in the Property field is highly preferred
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Malay
• Occasional travel to outstation and overseas is required
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales and marketing. 
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• High school degree minimum
