• Primary interface with customers on quality related matters. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by solving problems effectively and promptly (Eg: Fish Bone, 5 Why Analysis, 8D report, corrective and preventive action).
• Establish customer complaint system, analyse and understand customer requirement / specification and communicate to respective production department.
• Coordinate periodical FMEA review as effective monitoring of corrective action taken.
• To perform suppliers' evaluation to ensure only qualified suppliers are chosen to support production activities.
• To approve product, process and equipment qualifications.

• Involve in design stage, product development and focuses on manufacturing issues during product design by using necessary tool like Process Flow and PFMEA.
• Collect product proccesing data such as CPK data, defect rate, yield report, Box Compression Test (BCT), and to set packing method
• Documented new product development record such as PFMEA, project timeline event and etc.
• Involve in prepare Part Approval Report and First Article Inspection for sample project.
• Work with sample QC in arranging and check sample production to ensure sample deliver to customer on time and with good quality.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess good computer skills especially in Microsoft Package
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good analytical and report writing skill.
• Capability to drive continuous customer quality improvements and satisfaction.
• Flexible and able to travel to outstation for quality presentation / discussion.
• Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia & candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
