As a Business Manager (Digital Reach), your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and creative abilities shapes how new and existing business in Malaysia grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Fundaztic-caliber businesses, access to funding through Fundaztic’s fully digital P2P financing platform. You understand and anticipate business owners’ social media trends and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Fundaztic’s potential customers. Simultaneously, understand how our range of product and service offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision of Fundaztic on how we can assist the underserved market to achieve their business goals.

 

Fundaztic target market is complex and ever-evolving and your focus will be on acquiring these businesses through digital media.

 

As a Business Manager (Digital Reach), you will:

i.   Maintain a strong and current knowledge of our products and services;

ii.  Be active on social media and drive the company’s sales portfolio through these platforms

iii. Be able to create relevant contents and communicate through social media platforms and take on a role of an industry expert to assist potential customers 

iv. Need to have basic knowledge of digital analytical tools. E.g. Google and Facebook Analytics 
v.  Need to achieve monthly targets given

vi. Conduct basic due diligence on customers and be accountable for all customer proposals, agreements and documentation.

 

We are looking for
Someone with a good learning attitude and the drive to perform well. Whilst prior experience is preferred, it is not required – convince us that you have what it takes and the motivation to improve!

The following additional qualities would be useful:

-  Possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or similar field

-  Target driven / Goal oriented

-  Self-confident and not shy!

-  Ability to communicate simply and effectively 

-  Strong relationship building skills 

-  Excellent organisational and time management skills
