Businesses that approach Fundaztic comes in all shapes, sizes and financial needs, and no one sales acquisition strategy works for all. As a Business Manager, using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Fundaztic-caliber businesses, access to funding through Fundaztic’s fully digital P2P financing platform. You understand and anticipate business owners’ directions and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Fundaztic’s potential customers. Simultaneously, understand how our range of product and service offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision of Fundaztic on how we can assist the underserved market to achieve their business goals.
Job Requirements
Fundaztic target market is complex and ever-evolving and your focus will be on acquiring these businesses.
As a Business Manager, you need:
- To grow our P2P Financing Platform portfolio via new business acquisition
- To acquire new SME customers for fundraising via our platform
- To solicit for investors to support the funding needs from our SME customers
- To execute the business plan and strategies set by the company
- To comply with all rules and regulations governing the business
We are looking for
Someone with a good learning attitude and the drive to perform well. Whilst prior experience is preferred, it is not required – convince us that you have what it takes and the motivation to improve!
The following additional qualities would be useful:
- Possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or similar field
- Preferably with min 3 years experience in Retail Banking, SME Financing and/or Investment related fields
- Resourceful and has good contact with SMEs and/or high networth individuals
- Target driven / Goal-oriented
- Self-confident and not shy!
- Ability to communicate simply and effectively
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently
