Your assignment:
- Develop strategic plan to achieve KPI targets for PSC and for the client in terms of PR values.
- Responsible for designing, writing, and producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, reports, brochures, booklets, information for websites, promotional videos and Q&A for media press conference.
- Expert in writing press releases, speeches, promotional content, and letters to ensure the accuracy of messages, and consistency of tone.
- Establish and maintain relationships with consumers, community, employees, and public interest groups.
- To organised and to promote events and achieve mutually discussed outcomes for those events for the company and key clients.
- To constantly build and maintain strong relationships with the Tier-1 media to achieve KPI targets.
- Be a liaison between the media and the organization by organizing interviews.
- Monitoring and managing social media.
- Understand the company's objectives and promotional policies, to propose PR strategies that can effectively influence public opinion and enhance company image.
Job Requirements
Your profile:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mass Communications or Public Relations or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Possess strong writing, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work under a fast-pace environment, respond well under pressure with a strict time limit.
- Goal and target oriented, high discipline and interested in self-improvement.
- Eloquent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Must possess own transport.
- Be authentic and passionate to work for a cause.
- Confident, sociable, persuasive when presenting ideas.
- Understands how to work strategically with large corporate and government agencies.
- Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
- Able to make rationale analysis on prospective clients and strategically fit their needs.
- Independent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics.
- Resourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
