The gist of your job:
  • Increase productivity of the upper management.
  • Supporting the Executive Director in ensuring organisational processes run smoothly.

Your assignment:
  • Assist Executive Director and contribute in project planning, research and development.
  • Draft correspondences on routine matters and others as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Be the first point of contact for various modes of communication.
  • Arrange appointments, corporate travel itineraries and accommodation.
  • Accompany Executive Director in corporate events and meetings.
  • Initiated in ensuring the availability and accuracy of documents for meetings.
  • Act as a primary liaison between co-workers, external personnel and Executive Director.
  • Coordinate and establish filing system to ensure all reports or documents are intact.   
  • Meet on regular basis with the Executive Director to ensure the big picture and to plan and coordinate upcoming events, appearances and meetings.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism with all points of contact.

Your profile:
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail, yet able to see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent organisational and execution skills.
  • Able to prioritise effectively and to anticipate the needs of the Executive Director.
  • Tactful and professional when handling confidential material.
  • Energetic, motivated, not afraid to work above and beyond the call of duty.
  • Flexible; able to work independently with positive working attitude.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Powerpoint and especially Excel.
