Job Description

• To manage the overall operational functions, in planning, execution, and control of the Finance department.
• Familiarise with Foreign Exchange Rate
• Performing month end closing and submission of monthly management reports, projects profits and loss accounts, cashflow forecast and reconciliations.
• To monitor closely on operational cashflow to ensure sufficient fund to meet the business and operational requirements.
• Manage payment and receipts systems, ensuring controls, accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage petty cash, including accurate and timely recording.
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries/problems that arise.
• Prepare in annual budget and forecast preparation.
• To initiate business process improvement, standardisation and simplification.  
• Assist in the general running of the office, including, from time to time, helping with human resource and administrative duties.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA)
• At least 5 year experience in finance functions. 
• Have experience working with Foreign Exchange Rate.
• Proficient in office suite (i.e spreadsheet and word processing etc.)
• Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
