About The Job

Your assignment:
  • Generate leads through cold-calling and setting appointments with specific decision-makers.
  • Clearly articulate solutions and values into a meaningful conversation with targeted prospects. 
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships throughout the sales process with a purpose to develop more business with those clients. 
  • Achieve any work objectives and KPIs set by the company.
  • Discover, identify and research potential lead.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential clients.

Job Requirements

Your profile:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-year sales experience especially in cold-calling. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, sociable, persuasive when presenting ideas.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
  • Able to make rational analysis on prospective clients and strategically fit their needs.
  • Independent, yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics.
  • Resourceful, driven and have an ability to work under pressure.
  • Eloquent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Language; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
