Job Description
-Ensure the accounts are properly closed on 8th working day of the following month.
- Prepare billings and check payments with relevant documentation for management verification and approval
- Maintain proper filing system
-Monitor daily bank balances and cash book
-Monthly bank reconciliation
-Ensure intercompany transactions are properly taken in and reconciled
-Liaise with operation team and other parties to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Other accounting related functions and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Required language : Mandarin and English
-At least 4 years working experience in full set accounts in the related field
-Experience in Autocount accounting system will be added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
