About The Job

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
  • Process material request from Project team
  • Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
  • Reviews freight rates e.g.; air, courier and land for best price. 
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers on faulty items for warranty claims.
  • Manage stock transaction in the system.
  • Manage customer complaint on the stock received
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Plan outstation delivery, for customer and project office.
  • Prepare PO/DO to get approval from sales personnel in charge and Group Director, if customer request for Credit Note.
  • Coordinate driver scheduling on delivery locations etc.
  • Manage and coordinate return items.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Purchasing and Material Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of import-export and shipping documentation and procedures.
  • Able to work independently and handle multi-tasking
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills
  • Computer savvy with a working knowledge of SAP software
