Job Description

• Develop company’s client base by identifying potential prospects and closing deals
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients and identify business opportunity to upgrade contracts and packages 
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Maintain a database of contact information
• Able to obtain high impact revenue
• Assist manager/director in sales strategy development. 
• Recruit, train, and coach the team members to ensure their competency.
• Delegate tasks, communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
• Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals. 
• Prepare sales reports consistently.
• Provide after sales service to strengthen investor and relationships.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification in any field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience with successful track record
3. Preferably Manager/Executive specialized in Sales in Financial Investment/Property/Insurance industry
4. Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged
5. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
6. Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin & English with strong negotiation skills.
7. Possess own transport
