Job Description

• Plan and create conversation pillar based on analytic and business objective
• Plan and create monthly conversation calendar and content based on analytic and business objective
• Design social media strategies to achieve marketing and business objectives
• Develop, refine and implement content plan across various social media platform including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogs and YouTube.
• To continuously optimize the performance of your social media strategy based on insights and target set by Campaign Manager.
• Engage the community during promotional drive.
• Develop relationship and build rapport with identified influencers within managed community.
• To regularly post content (planned and adhoc) and monitor engagement with the community.
• To prepare weekly social media report using social media listening tools and analytic data.

Job Requirements

• You must have existing experience creating conversation pillar and calendar based on data and insights
• You must have existing experience using analytics such as Facebook Insights or other Social Media Listening/Reporting tool
• Required language(s): English
• Strong understanding of various social media platform and the consumer behaviour which is unique and peculiar for each platform.
• Preferably have some experience using social media listening tools, Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
• Good multi-tasking and project management skills will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with influencers.
• Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills will be an advantage.
