Job Description

• Launch, manage & grow all existing and new social media channels fitting to PayrollPanda, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Devise a strategy and execute on the delivery and scheduling of social media posts across all social media accounts
• Create, curate and disseminate relevant, original & high-quality content in various forms of media unique to each social platform according to PayrollPanda’s brand voice
• Use insights to analyze & grow the number of organic & paid engagements 
• Engage in social listening to identify opportunities and gain insights about customers, competition and trends
  
  

• Create basic graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns for Facebook and Google
• Design and create social media collateral for social media platforms
• Produce high-quality content of different mediums (images, videos, infographics, blogs etc) according to the content pillars
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community management
• MUST HAVE: Excellent proficiency in English (oral and written) with impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation
• An obsession for detail and able to churn out content with zero mistakes
• Good eye for visual design
• Able to think creatively and problem solve
• Able to work independently, autonomous and self-drive
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin (written and oral)
• Familiarity / direct experience with Search Engine Optimization
• Video editing / graphic design skills
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS
• Proficiency in any photo and video editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, iMovie etc)
