Job Description
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Performing calls to business owners, procurement and senior management to highlight our services
- To arrange appointments with potential prospects
- To create and expand leads database
- To attend site visits and appointments to understand clients requirements
- Develop relationships with key players in the industry such as building managers, property managers, developers, contractors & similar industries
Job Requirements
- Experience on cold calling
- Experience dealing with procurement, developers & MNE will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Commission for setting up appointments and additional incentives if the client is acquired
- 5 days work week
