Sales Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker)

About The Job

  • Qualify and follow-up with leads via phone and email
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Nurture leads via proactive follow-up via phone and email
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Continuously improve team’s performance
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Work closely with the field sales team to coordinate meetings and further optimise sales strategy 

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in sales/inbound sales with a proven track-record.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Experience in Business to Business lead generation and sales is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, structured and a desire to learn and succeed.
  • Available to start work within 1 month (preferred).
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
