About The Job

*This position is specifically for Mandarin Speaker*

  • Assist with all internal and external HR and Admin related matters.
  • Perform full spectrum of recruitment functions including sourcing of candidate, coordinating interview and executing hiring procedures.
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisals, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  • Manage creation and deletion of accounts on all necessary platforms.
  • Conduct orientation program to new employees. 
  • Assist and prepare payroll summary. 
  • Attend to external and internal matters related to the employment of expats e.g work permit application, renewal, insurance and etc. 
  • Keep track of employees' attendance or absenteeism and report to the relevant Managers.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Maintain leaves, medical claim record and medical insurance renewal for employees.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. 
  • Assist in Administrative functions including but not limited to issuance of company's assets such as access card, laptops and etc, organizing staff lunches, pantry replenishment and any other administrative duties.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in HR field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Mandarin speaker
  • Able to start immediately is a plus
  • Must possess good knowledge of HR field, Labour Law and Industrial Relations legislation and regulations.
  • Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Able to follow oral and written instruction.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Efficient HR administration, people and time management skills.
  • Excellent record keeping skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, efficiently and meets tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Must be willing to travel upon required.
