About The Job

  • Deal directly with customers via live chat, calls, emails and social media
  • Handle customers' general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, issues, problems or other raising matter related to company's products
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior 



Job Requirements

  • Preferably experienced in customer service line
  • A diploma/degree holder in any related field
  • Good computer skills; typing and use of Microsoft Office softwares
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently
  • Additional language(s) would be an advantage
  • Able to work in Changkat Bandar Utama, Damansara
